Field trip to Fire Station

Field trip to Fire Station

Our pre-primary children visited the cantonment fire station to learn more about the job of a  fireman. Field trips are a great way of connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences. This trip to the fire station was to raise awareness of the value of neighbourhood helpers in everyday life. It was fascinating to watch kids engage with the firefighters and discover how they work as a team to overcome challenging situations. The various extinguishers, cutting devices, and other tools that the firefighters use were explained to the children, and they were also given a demonstration of them. They also witnessed...

HONORING OUR CHILDREN BY GIFTING AN ART

Children are the most pristine creations on this face of earth. On this Children’s day, we, at CARE International School ,wanted to gift them a skill that will be remembered for their lifetime. As we all come from a background of sharing all the happenings of the day, with our parents or friends or siblings or partners, it is indeed crucial, to master the art of storytelling now, thereby reviving our ancient art of storytelling, that is losing its importance gradually. There came an idea to invite Ms.Jeeva Raghunath, a professional storyteller. GRANDPARENTS DAY – 2022

Previous Next ‘Love’ is abstract and if at all, we want to see that,we need to look into our grandparents’ eyes. They always shower us with their unyielding, unfathomable love expecting literally nothing in return. We tend to forget the ladder using which we climbed, after reaching our destination which should have been honoured everyday. So,we,at CARE International School, wanted to dedicate a day, to celebrate their sacrifices and it was done on Grandparents’ day on September 16,2022. The day started with a prayer, pleading God for their good health and long life and was followed by meaningful and fun-filled activities. Students were so excited...

FIELD TRIP TO IIFPT

It is true that the smell of a yummilicious pizza on an exhausting evening is ecstatic; but not at the expense of our health. We are so addicted to fast foods and their marketing strategies and are caught in the vicious cycle of consuming them again and again. Not only have we forgotten our old ,local, traditional food items but also we have highly disrespected them, ignoring their health benefits and now we are paying off for the mistake by getting diabetes, heart attack and other illnesses at a very young age.We, at CARE International School felt burdened to see...

Greater is the joy when we realize that we own that culture and the purest form of architecture, which is the blend of science and art, holding mysteries that couldn’t be unfolded even now. As an act of embracing our pride, we, at CARE International School took our children of Classes 6 and 7 on september-16 to visit the historical places of Thanjavur such as The Royal Palace Museum, Thanjavur Maratha Palace, The art Gallery,...
