School Timings: 9 am to 4.10 pm.

Enrichment hour: 9.oo am to 10.00 am on Mondays and Fridays.

Academic Session: April to March.

Web Based Learning: Students are exposed to web based adaptive learning platforms in English and Math.This provides an opportunity to learn and re-learn difficult concepts at their own pace.

International Exposure: In the process of giving international exposure to students we have become a chapter of Indian International Model United Nation(IIMUN).

Sports and games: Extensive play fields for football, cricket, basketball, hockey, volleyball, shuttle badminton, tennis and an athletic track.

Extracurricular Activities: Dance, Karate, Keyboard, Guitar, Vocal Music, Art and Craft are taught by professionally qualified and trained teachers.

House System: Students are placed in one of four houses – Earth, Fire, Sun and Sky. Various competitions and activities are held as part of the house structure.

Competitions: Competitions are a regular feature at CIS. Every student gets equal opportunities to participate.

Club Activities: Students are encouraged to be a part of clubs that expand his or her horizons and helps them to define their interests and allows positive bonding experience for the future. Few of the clubs of choice are Dance,Literary, Quiz, Eco, Science and Math,Animation Club,Art & Craft and Health & Wellness Club.

Lunch: School lunch is optional. Children are provided well balanced and varied meals cooked in our kitchens.The menu is vegetarian only.

Transportation: Safe and convenient school transport is available from all major points.

School functions:

Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Investiture Ceremony, Independence Day, Children’s Day, Caring and sharing Day, Grandparent’s Day, Sports day and Annual day are some of the major functions held in our school.

Every student plays a role in these functions – either in the performances themselves or as part of the organizing team.

Field trips and excursions: Students go on a wide variety of school arranged field trips and excursions. They learn how to interact with society and learn from real life experiences of the people they interact with.
