Annual Report 19-20

April 9, 2021

A cheerful evening. Chief guest of the Day Dr. Parveen Sultana, CEO CARE Group
of Institutions Mr. Prative Chend, CEO – CARE International School Ms. Aarthy
Nehru, Parents, Members of Management committee, members of care family,
friends, well-wishers and my dear students a very good evening. On this delightful
December evening I render a very warm welcome to this august gathering.
Dear Parents, As our Principal, Ms. Gita Pattanayak couldn’t make it today due to
her personal emergency, I, the senior Principal of the school is here to present the
Annual report.

We create an identity for ourselves, we stand apart from any other school, we set
our bench marks high and strive to reach them, every time.
Take pride in how far you have come and faith in how far you can go…..
Celebrate what you accomplish and raise the bar each time you succeed.

Our school is always referred as the school with difference, because we believe in
excellence and we believe in what value systems stands for. It’s been 11 long years
since this institution has been established. The annual day is the occasions to
celebrate, a time to look back with pride and look ahead with vision. I feel happy
to present the Annual report of the school during the 11th Annual day celebration.
I know the Principal’s report is not a very welcome interlude during the cultural
programme. I have tried to trim it but excessive trimming of the school report is
like presenting your report card after deducting some marks yourself. Well, that
was in a lighter vein. We all know, presentation of the school report on its Annual
Day is an enduring tradition to take time to pause, turn around to look at the
fruitful year goneby, achieving both the expected and unexpected, while setting
various milestones and then synergizing ourselves to move ahead to face the
challenges in the coming year, with a positive attitude.

So, please join me in the journey of CARE International school 2019-20 Annual

Parental involvement produces measurable gains in a child’s holistic development.
As we all know, parents are a child’s first teacher.
We value and respect the relationship between a parent and a child and we welcome
parents as equal partners in their child’s education. Parents and teachers have an
opportunity to influence a child to live a positive and fulfilling life.
We in fact work together as a family, rather than an institution. Each member of
this close knit family has been instrumental in taking the school to the pinnacle of
success. We believe in building long term relationships.

Today our school has become a dream destiny to many. We wish to begin
celebrating our success by expressing my gratitude to our Chairman Sir Mr. Arun
Nehru whose vision and enthusiasm inspired all the stake holders to work with us
with passion and commitment. We also express our gratitude to our CEO Sir Mr.
Prative Chend, our CEO Ma’am Mrs. Aarthy Nehru for their continuous guidance,
encouragement and support. The progress of any institution depends upon its
committed faculty, supporting staffs, responsive students and co-operative
parents. We are indeed very lucky to have all these elements with us.

We aim for all students to be happy and to be challenged in a supportive and safe
