CBSE CBP on Classroom Management
On 2nd and 3rd June 2025, CARE International School hosted the CBSE Capacity Building Programme on Classroom Management, with 60 participants from our school and neighbouring institutions. The workshop was led by Mrs. Radhika J Mohan, Former Academic Coordinator, B V Bhavans Rajaji Vidyashram, Chennai, and Mrs. Ruby Latha, PGT, Good Samaritan Public School, Sirkali.
The two-day programme helped participants reflect on their teaching styles and understand diverse student learning approaches. Sessions focused on inclusive classroom strategies, addressing the needs of children with special needs (CWSN) and the importance of healthy teacher-student and student-student interactions. Topics like student mental health, gender sensitivity and adolescent education were also integrated to promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
Overall, the workshop equipped teachers with practical classroom management skills and effective strategies, empowering them to create engaging, inclusive and well-managed classrooms for all students.
