Independence Day Celebrations

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

Celebrating the 78th Independence Day with pride and joy at CARE International School!

The day commenced with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by vibrant
cultural presentations by students from various grades that reflected the spirit of Independence.

As part of the celebration, we organized numerous competitions for students from classes 1 to 9.
Grade 1 – 5 students brought history to life by dressing up as freedom fighters and participating in
Storytelling Competitions. Their enthusiasm and portrayal of iconic figures from India's freedom
struggle added to the festive atmosphere.
Students from classes 6 to 9 took part in both individual and group events with great enthusiasm,
showcasing their talents across a range of activities. The list of competitions held is as follows:
 Class 6: Dance, Mime, Monologue, and Spell Bee competitions.
 Class 7: Dance, Adzap, Painting, and Turncoat events.
 Class 8: Dance, Face Painting, Shipwreck, and Story Writing competitions.
 Class 9: Rangoli, Quiz on Freedom, Just A Minute (JAM), and Relay the Message competitions.
The students participated with spirited enthusiasm, making the intra-school competitions for
Independence Day a lively and memorable event. Their performances and dedication truly reflected
the essence of freedom and the unity of our nation.
A day to honor our country and remember the heroes who fought for it.
