IIMUN
CARE International School once again demonstrated its commitment to shaping future-ready leaders by hosting India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) – Trichy Chapter for the 8th consecutive year, held from 10th to 12th October 2025. Over 500 student delegates from schools across Trichy participated in the prestigious event, engaging in thoughtful debates, global discussions & collaborative decision-making.
The event was inaugurated by eminent dignitaries, including Mr. Skand Ranjan Tayal, Former Ambassador, Indian Foreign Service; Mr. Asokan, Former Deputy Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs; Mr. Prative Chend, CEO, CARE Group of Institutions; Ms. Aarthy Nehru, CEO, CARE International School; and Ms. Preethy Aravamudan, Principal.
During the valedictory ceremony on 12th October, committee chairpersons honoured the winners. CARE students excelled with outstanding results: Mohamed Arshath (High Commendation – Lok Sabha), Joshua (Special Mention – SOCHUM), and Oviyaa, Subhakar & Iraianbu (Verbal Mentions – UNEP, TNLA & Influencers Summit). The Overall Championship was secured by Cauvery Global School.Through initiatives like IIMUN, CARE International School continues to champion holistic education, empowering students to lead with confidence, awareness and global perspective.
