ROCK CITY SAHODAYA KABADDI TOURNAMENT @ our Campus
Kabaddi tournament was held in our school campus on 10th September, 2018. The matches were held under two categories: under 14 and under 19. In under 14 category 13 schools participated and in the under 19 category 9 schools participated. Any sport is not just about winning or losing, it is about participation, leadership skills, team unity and cooperation. Each game teaches us the lesson of a life time that life has its ups and downs we must learn to accept both winning and losing in a stride.
The matches were conducted under the coaching of Mr. Kulandhaivelan,the PET of CARE International School. The school staff also assisted the PET department to conduct the tournament successfully. The match under both the category was flagged off by our Senior Principal Mam, Mrs. Preethy Aravamudan.
The winners in the under 14 category were as follows:
Winners: Chellamal Vidhyalaya.
Runners up: SRM Public School.
III place: Samath Senior Secondary School.
III place: Sri Vignesh public school.
The winners in the under 19 category were as follows:
Winners: Samath Senior Secondary School.
Runners up: CARE International School.
III place: SRM Public School.
III place: Chellamal Vidhyalaya.
They tried their level best and put in their best foot forward.
